This wine is made 100% with Garnacha grapes, a typical Mediterranean variety. It is very sensitive to the meteorological conditions that can affect its production. Medium body of garnet color with bluish notes on the meniscus. Attractive and high aromatic intensity, fruity and floral with notes in balance with the delicate aromas from the barrel which provide the complexity. It’s smooth on the palate marked by a light and fresh tannin which leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste. Ideal for pairing with fish and white meat. It’s perfect for drinking on its own.
