This wine was born with the idea of representing both Bodega Kaiken and Francis Mallmann. It was meant to be complex and simple at the same time. Although they didn’t plan to make a blend, little by little they reached this result after tasting and analyzing more than 40 different wines, from different strains and regions throughout the province of Mendoza and thus Kaiken Disobedience by Francis Mallmann emerged. A Red Blend with a great evolution in bottle.
Appearance: Intensely ruby red with subtle purple hues.
Aroma: Complex, with aromas of red fruits laced with sweet spices and graphite notes, against a gentle backdrop of nuts.
Palate: Sweet, with soft and silky tannins that are beautifully perceived, and a long, fruity aftertaste. Notes of dark chocolate on the finish.
