The property where this magic occurs is called Miramar, located at 580m. above sea level. The vines are 100% Garnacha, mostly between 35-50 years old and some are even centennial. The soil is mostly red clay and has a bit of limestone. On the land, apart from vines, we can also find almond and apple trees and a small farmhouse. The 2016 harvest was very promising, after a slow and delicate but effective eighteen months fermentation. This gave the wine its complexity; mineral force together with a light orange peel fragrance and a taste that reminds us of red berries (cherries, strawberries,…).
