Farming is certified organic. Respecting the environment, we farm using traditional practices.

Fertilizers are organic and vegetal. We avoid herbicides, systemic pesticides and generally speaking any farming practice that we consider damaging to the environment.

We harvest by hand and vinify with autochtonous yeasts.

The wine is certified organic following a process in the winery where the use of sulfites (S02) is minimised.

Cune organic ages in oak barrels sourced from sustainable forests for some months before bottling.

We strive for purity of the grapes’ aromas and flavours, as well as their origins.
